Summary of the FM Projects Manager role:
We are seeking an experienced FM Projects Manager to join our rapidly growing business. The FM Projects Manager will work as both project leader and in support roles for multiple FM change management projects and technology implementations throughout the UK and overseas (remotely). As a core team member, the FM Projects Manager will work directly with the senior team in fulfilling FM projects, which will include FM analysis, investigation, procurement activities, surveys, technology installations, and mobilisation / implementation activities.
FM Projects Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to):
Successful change management – realisation of project-specific deliverables.
Team working – peer feedback.
Efficient and effective work time deployment, i.e. 100% of hours to be recharged to clients.
Positive client feedback.
Additional new business (existing and new clients).
Accurate and well-written reports.
Informative and interesting presentations.
Customer retention.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Honours Degree level and/or relevant professional qualification.
Project Management experience (essential).
FM experience (preferred but not essential).
Customer and client consultation/negotiation experience.
Direct technology systems experience (ideally at super user level).
Training experience.
IWFM member (preferred).
Use of multi-channel data management tools e.g. Jira, MS Projects, CAFM, SAP, etc (preferred).
Demonstrate interest in technology and change management.
Location: Hybrid working, 70% remote working and must be prepared to travel within the UK (client offices in Abingdon & London)
Start date: Immediate
Duration: 12+ months
Day Rate: Competitive day rate
