Founded in 2004, myfm is a people-first business built on the principles of unique FM solutions and flexible management resourcing. 

We recognised early on that facilities service providers often experience peaks in demand for skilled managerial personnel that cannot always be met internally. This could be for a short-term contract position, auditing needs, skilled project management or broader FM consultancy.  

Myfm was created to bridge that gap, and over the years, demand for flexible management solutions has grown steadily, along with our size and market share. 

Our structure combines both scale and agility. We operate through a network of autonomous Business Units led by Directors, supported by a central Business Unit, and strengthened by an extensive network of professional connections whose expertise spans every aspect of facilities management—from administration through to executive leadership, including subject matter experts in all FM disciplines.

Our approach is built on meaningful connections, collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving results. This is what enables us to provide experienced professionals and reliable expertise to deliver outcomes that make a measurable difference.
