His goal is to empower all to develop and manage their own profitable and sustainable business, whilst satisfying clients with our totally dependable service.
Ashley has overall control of myfm’s accounting function. He manages financial planning and the formulating of budgets and targets. Ashley oversees all financial aspects of company, and is responsible for the flow of financial information and support to the Directors and Associates.
Mané comes from a legal and customer relationship management background. Responsible for Resourcing,
Mané uses her excellent communication and customer service skills to work closely with both Business Unit Directors and Associates to identify the best possible candidates for our opportunities. Mané cares deeply about our Associates and is passionate about placing the right people in the right roles for the Client and for the Associate : bringing together organisations and interims to mutual benefit and support.
Mané has overall control for all aspects of the on-boarding process, working with Associates to maximise their potential with Clients, database management and defining resourcing strategy to suit the changing needs of the facilities management industry.
Osé has experience in many aspects of Office Administration. He joined the Resourcing Department in Feb 2018 and is primarily responsible for processes and procedures, onboarding of new associates and plays a key part in database management. Osé is an individual with a strong passion to innovate and drive for solutions.
Osé is a literature-obsessed Cat lover.
Christian runs all aspects of the marketing and client relations functions at myfm and works closely with the Unit Directors to bring in new business. Responsible for reaching new clients in the FM market and promoting the myfm brand, Christian is a highly experienced marketing professional with an extensive knowledge and background in the organisation and implementation of public campaigns.
An individual with outstanding all-round capability in FM. His output impresses the most hardened client. Time served consultant and FM professional who is equally happy in strategic or tactical applications.
Cat is a firm believer in continuous improvement with significant experience in driving change management. Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
