Economics of trust

We recognise that as trust increases in enduring relationships, so does efficiency with a result that costs come down. We operate an Associate Network that is transparent and ensures ownership of delivery.


Local decision making

We believe that responsive decision making and risk are best placed with those positioned to manage it. Our network of Associates deliver through our Business Units headed by our Business Unit Directors. The Business Units maintain budgetary independence and responsibility for clearly defining assignment scope, commercial arrangements, performance of deliverables and payment receipts within their unit.

Transparent network

Our Associates with generalist or more specialist skills are free to move between Business Units. Associates receive no guarantees of work or fees and are responsible for agreeing scope, commercial arrangements and delivery with the Business Unit Director. The Associate skills that exist within our network are driven by the market need. Membership and opportunities are driven by flexibility, performance and the demonstration of trust behaviours. Our Associates are independent, disciplined contractors who recognise that together we are stronger.


Central support

myfm's dedicated central support team work to manage this model, developing a network of like-minded clients and Associates, providing consolidated billing, operational and commercial support services, facilitating economies of scale, competence and transparency, mitigating risk, reducing client conflicts of interest and above all providing quality assurance through the myfm Continuous Improvement Programme.
