myfm is committed to attracting clients and Associates in order to increase our depth and range of capabilities, building in capacity to be able to respond as accurately and swiftly as possible.
Ready to go
We can arrive often at a days notice, problem solving, using our approach of being ready to engage from the start, integrating with those concerned, rather than standing back. At the outset, there is often an intense need to get stuck in, to take ownership of burning issues. While our assignments are predominantly based in the UK, we have demonstrated our flexibility by recently embracing assignment extensions into Germany and Spain.
Layered resources
With layered resources from our Associate Network we can direct the most appropriate skills onto assignments. This could mean an Associate called upon for 2 days or someone in post for 12 months.
Commercial flexibilty
We offer very flexible commercial arrangements, working with clients to ensure the best value for money by placing commercial risk with the party best placed to manage it. We can work on resource based prices where work is initially undefined, price works for specified outputs or a hybrid of the two approaches. We can scope and price works with the exact need or the available budget as the starting point.
We are happy to establish Framework agreements or work on an ad-hoc arrangement based on mutual trust. We welcome part-time assignments as they help us maintain capacity for rapid response from our Associate network.
